When the thickness of the glass is 12~19mm, the basic calculation method for heating time is about 40~45 seconds per 1mm of glass.

2. To achieve uniform heating, the arrangement of the glass on the placement table is also very important. The reasonable arrangement of the sheet placement is mainly to ensure the uniformity of the longitudinal and transverse loads in the electric furnace, that is, the placement of the glass sheets in each furnace must be uniform.

3. According to the load of the electric furnace, select a reasonable heating temperature and effectively control the temperature in the furnace. The heating of glass in the tempering furnace mainly includes conduction, radiation and convection. The electric furnace load mentioned here does not refer to the electric furnace, but refers to the relationship between the thickness of the glass, the heating temperature and the heating time.
